really enjoyed it. i was happy with hotel's magnificent and exceptionally nice location to stay in the old church. location: the property was close enough to train station and the rivers and comfy beds and regensburg for the night. had some takeout meals at hans im gluck, set very close to the hotel, i couldn't resist. the food was good, had a wide array of options.
There was breakfast to be needed.

The rooms at Hotel David An Der Donau are absolutely stunning! They are cozy and have a unique charm that made me feel right at home. The views of the river and the city from certain rooms were breathtaking. I loved waking up to such a beautiful sight every morning. The flat-screen TV, minibar, and safe in each room were also great additions.
The only downside I found was that the rooms are only accessible via stairs. It didn't bother me much, but some people might find it inconvenient, especially if they have heavy luggage or mobility issues.

We spent a memorable New Year at this boutique hotel. The design of the rooms was exceptional, with modern and comfortable furniture that contrasted with the historic features of the building. We enjoyed the complimentary Nespresso machine and the cleanliness of the room. The key location was perfect, just a few steps away from a stunning stone bridge and in the heart of the old town. We also appreciated the helpful staff who gave us great restaurant recommendations.
That there was no elevator, so we had to carry our suitcases upstairs. However, the staff offered their assistance, which made the process easier.

The hotel's location by the river was simply fantastic, offering breathtaking views from the room's windows. the room was quite beautiful and comfortable, which made our stay here an enjoyable one. We were also impressed by the staff's kindness and professionalism.
We found the check-in process to be a bit stressful as we had to do it at another location away from the hotel. the parking situation was not as convenient as advertised, and it took us some time to get our bearings in the city, which was quite confusing.
